Antto started his career as a chef in various establishments in Helsinki, Paris and London. His four restaurants in Helsinki together with business partner Heikki Purhonen have become modern classics. The two chef-restaurateurs met while working in London and founded their first restaurant together in 2005.
Kuurna is a small and cozy restaurant in the Kruununhaka neighbourhood, running since 2005. The menu changes every two weeks and includes a few daily specials. The sculptor Gunnar Finne had his atelier at Arkadiankatu 14 in the 1920s. In the 1960s the space was transformed into a restaurant. Today, many works from Finne are exhibited among the dining tables. The compact space has held onto the atelier feeling with whitewashed walls, a tiled floor and a small upper lever with additional seating. Opened in 2007, Ateljé Finne focuses on Finnish ingredients with a menu changing every six weeks.

The downstairs space The Cellar hosts evenings curated by Antto ranging from rowdy club nights to concerts and other gatherings.
To continue the legacy of this Helsinki institution, Antto and Heikki started as the new restaurateurs at KOM, in August 2016, a bar-restaurant housed since 2000 side by side with the KOM theatre. KOM serves hearty, shareable comfort food with no frills. Open in the evenings, the laid back canteen is open for both walk-ins and theatre-goers who want to secure a pre or post show table.
